SHIPPING + RETURNS
All items are made to order by myself so once your order is placed it is added to the list to be completed and shipped ASAP. The time range that I stick to is 2-6 weeks before an item is dropped off at USPS. Priority mail through USPS is used for all packages though other options can be used upon request. Corrugated boxes with bubble and paper padding is used for all larger items while bubble mailers with paper padding is used for smaller pieces.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the order being placed. There are no refunds but if anything is damaged or the quality is altered while in transit, I am more than happy to replace your item at no extra charge.
If there is a deadline that the item needs to arrive by, please let me know in advance so that the necessary steps can be taken to expedite the process of making and shipping your handmade product.
