Refund policy

Each item I offer is made to order and hand-finished with care. Because of the custom nature of my products, I do not accept cancellations or refunds for orders that are delivered safely and on time.
However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, I am happy to make it right! You have two options:
Replacement: I can send a free replacement once the original item is returned.
Partial Refund: If you prefer to keep the item you received, a partial refund can be arranged.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging to help me process your request quickly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
